1. Noosa Farmers Markets

When: Every Sunday 6:00am to 12:00pm
Where: 155 Weyba Rd, Noosaville QLD

This is the big one for foodie lovers and anyone who loves fresh produce and appreciates paddock to plate fare. There are so many different types of stalls at the Noosa Farmers Market. While it specialises in local produce from around Sunshine Coast farms, you’ll also be able to sample marinades, juices, sauces, freshly baked bread, cheeses, freshly caught seafood and much more.

2. Noosa Marina MarketsWhen: Sundays 8:00am to 2:00pm
Where: Noosa Marina, 2 Parkyn Court, Noosa QLD

The Noosa Marina Markets are a great way to start your Sunday morning with a water view and a chance to walk the marina boardwalk and the coloured marquees. Catching the Noosa Ferry is a great way to get to these markets, and upon arrival, visitors can browse the handicrafts and food stalls and listen to live music and entertainment.

3. The Original Eumundi Markets

When: Wednesday 8:00am to 2:00pm, and Saturday 7:00am to 2:00pm

They first began back in 1979, when ceramic artist Christina Barton and her friend took the brave leap of faith to start a European style artisan and farmers markets for the local Eumundi community. Back then, it began with only eight visitors and today is thriving with more than 600 stalls and boasts an annual visitation of 1.6 million people!

What attracted people then, as now, was the town’s openness, sense of community and a simpler way of life. It continues to focus on sustainability and hand-made products with all products and produce.

4. Mill Street Night Markets

When: The last Saturday of each month, 4:00pm to 8:00pm
Where: 5/7 Mill Street, Nambour QLD

Night markets on the Sunshine Coast are back in demand after the pandemic as everyone is looking for something that combines a bit of food and entertainment but still in a casual setting. If you’re looking at heading off the coast for a nice Saturday afternoon drive, then it’s worth heading along to the Mill Street Night Market.

The entertainment will change from week to week, and you’ll see a variety of highlights, including musicians, dancers, a jumping castle and face painters. It’s a small community market, but the food stalls are high quality. There’s not a lot of seating, so bring a picnic blanket to stretch out on the lawn.

5. Yandina Country Markets

When: Every Saturday, from 6:00am to 12:00pm
Where: North Street, Yandina QLD

The Yandina Country Market is located in the cute country town of Yandina, halfway between Nambour and Eumundi on the Sunshine Coast. These weekly country markets are known for their food stalls and plant stalls. If you’re looking for herbs, natives, palms or indoor plants, you’ll find them here. The stall-holders love their reputation as spray-free suppliers, and you can’t leave without an arm full of local meats, deli produce and farm-fresh greens in abundance.

6. Peregian Markets

When: 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, 7:00am to 12.30pm
Where: Kingfisher Drive, Peregian Beach

7. Noosa Junction Markets

When: Third Friday of the month, from 5:00pm
Where: Arcadia Street, Noosa Junction

The Noosa Junction Markets are a great way to fill in a Friday night and keep the whole family fed and happy. This is a great Friday night out with some of the most popular street food vendors in Noosa and artisan food stalls and live music.

In the Noosa Markets is also the popular FLAVA happy hour pop-up bar for a drink and a diverse range of music on offer. From Brazilian beats to acoustic chill to good old-fashioned Blues, so there’s something for everyone’s tastes.

8. Marcoola Markets

When: Every Friday evening, 4:00pm to 8:00pm (and Saturday morning Farmers Market 8:00am to 12:00pm)

The great thing about the Marcoola Markets is you get the option of visiting for a Friday night or a Saturday farmers market, and they both have a completely different vibe. Grab dinner on a Friday night by the glow of fairy lights and then head back for breakfast the following day and a bag full of fresh produce. Foodies will be in heaven with the range on offer, from pork belly rolls and crispy spring rolls to burgers with the lot and okonomiyaki.

9. Fisherman’s Road Markets

The Fisherman’s Road Markets have been operating for more than 21 years and offer up to 128 stalls offering lots of food options and a great range of pre-loved options. If you’re a lover of trawling through second-hand items, you’ll love these stalls with everything from baby goods, plants, toys, and furniture. There’s also plenty of food to choose from and a jumping castle for the kids.
